The Pre-Nursing second year students celebrated their achievements by having a ceremony near the end of the school year at the Carroll County Area Technology Center.
These students have had both didactic and skilled training to test for two certifications, Student Registered Nurse Assistant (SRNA) and Patient Care Technician (PCT).
These certifications allow them to work to care for patients of all ages. These certifications also assist them with applying to colleges and universities for nursing.
Students were honored by a pinning ceremony and presentation of cords for Student Registered Nurse Assistant certification, Patient Care Technician certification, Leadership and Health Occupation Student America (HOSA) membership.
