The Carroll County High School Prom Court has been announced. Prom will be held Saturday, April 13 from 8-11 p.m. a the Carroll County Fairgrounds. Tickets are $25 per person.

Ten students in the pre-nursing program at the Carroll County Area Technology Center have earned their Student Registered Nursing Assistant certification. They are trained to work in medical facilities and care for a patient’s daily living needs. They are also eligible to apply for nursing school after receiving this distinction. The certification is through the Kentucky Board of Nursing and Kentucky Medicaid. These students can now add the SRNA credentials behind their name as part of their official signature. Each student was presented with a certificate by ATC Principal Kirk Brooks. The students are Brooklyn Andrews, Arlis Soto Funez, Jenna Haynes, Calli Hoopengarner, Haley Nelson, Joshua Pickett, Natalie Riley, Yarley Gonzales Salas, Mazzie Taylor and Autumn Ward.
