The boys’ and girls’ 31st District basketball tournament will be held at Carroll County High School next week, Feb. 26-March 1. The tournament opens on Monday, Feb. 26 with Carroll County’s Lady Panthers playing Henry County at 6 p.m. and the Carroll County Panthers playing Trimble County at 7:30 p.m. Spectators should park in the main parking lot by Carroll County High School and enter the building through the west side gym entrance. Doors will be marked with signage. Admission is $8 per person per night. It will only be a cash gate. Children aged 4 and younger are free. Coach, superintendent, administrator, school board member and officials’ cards will be accepted, but no plus one guest is allowed. Fan seating will be assigned each night. No signs, posters or noise makers are allowed. Game footage will be provided via Hudl exchange for each game.
