All varsity members of the CCHS Cross Country team competed at the Regional Meet. The event was held at Bourbon County Park.
The boys’ team finished 11 out of 13 with Aiden Lilley setting a new personal best time.

Carroll County Schools has a new communication platform called Rooms. Invitations have been sent to all guardians. The district app is scheduled to be updated soon to provide even better usage. Look for Carroll County Schools KY in the app store or use the QR code to download.
Welding students at the Carroll County Area Technology Center are creating works of art as well as daily use items like animal feeders and dog boxes for pickup trucks.

Carroll County High School seniors were recognized last night before the Panthers took on the Gallatin County Wildcats in football. Seniors from the CCHS Band of Gold, cheerleading squad and football team were honored. (More photos are posted on the district's Facebook page.)
iLEAD Academy students dedicated more than two hours at the Carroll County Food Pantry this week to help consolidate items and discard outdated items. These students go to the Food Pantry each month. More information will be coming soon about food drives in November and December.
Congratulations to CCHS volleyball player Josie Dale for being named to the All-District Tournament volleyball team. Also named to the team were Maddie Morgan, Owen County; Mylee Bledsoe, Madison Scudder, Gallatin County; Bree Turner, Olivia Liter, Trimble County; Shannon Tucker, Bryce Berry, Riley Shupert, Eminence; Dakota Fitzgerald, Karma Price, Josie Peyton and MVP Eliana Kent, all from Henry County.
Join us at Panther Field tonight for fall sports senior night. The Panthers football team will play Gallatin County beginning at 7:30 p.m.

Brenna Mefford, an art student at CCHS, created a floral piece of art that was converted into a banner. It was hung recently on the side of Maguana's Unique Gifts and Flowers in downtown Carrollton. Brenna is pictured with Maguana Qualls and Jeremy Cobb, her art teacher.
The championship game of volleyball districts will be played tonight at Carroll County High School. Henry County will take on Eminence at 6 p.m.
A Carroll County High School band student was in need of a trumpet so Youth Services Coordinator Tracey Reynolds set out to meet the need.
She made a Facebook request and, within a short time, received a call from Danny Tharp, owner of 3D Concrete. He donated $450 this week for the purchase of the instrument.
“It's people like Danny who give back to the community to help meet the needs of our students,” Reynolds said, noting she and Tharp have been friends since their days at CCHS. The trumpet will remain at CCHS for future students.
“The CCHS family is grateful for the generosity of our community, especially when it involves improving the school experience for our students,” said Principal Amy Sutter. “This donation is proof that together we can do so much to support our students.”
Congratulations to two CCHS Panthers soccer players for receiving all-regional team honors that were voted upon by 8th Region soccer coaches.
Brandon Jimenez was named to the 2nd All Regional Team while Cristian Roque was named an honorable mention. Coaches from all teams within the 8th Region voted on the recognition.
“Much of the decisions are based on goals and assists, but I think we will have more players make the team in the upcoming year,” said Head Coach Kevin States.
CCHS Lady Panthers volleyball player Kassidy Wilson was selected to the All-Tournament team this weekend following The Birds Nest Volleyball Tournament in Scott County. Selections were submitted by opposing coaches. Congratulations to Kassidy!
CCHS students were pretty in pink while cheering the Panthers in their contest against Beechwood Friday night!
Carpentry students at the Carroll County Area Technology Center are continuing to work on the "tiny house" they are building.
Carroll County High School will host the 31st District Volleyball Tournament this week. Play begins tomorrow and continues through Thursday. All games are played at CCHS. Tickets are $8 per person, ages 5 and older. Only cash will be accepted at the gate.
