The Carroll County High School FFA will once again sponsor Fall on the Farm.
The event, held at the farm within Camp KYSOC, began in 2019. This year it will be held Sunday, Oct. 22 from 5 to 7 p.m. Admission is free, but there will be food trucks on site.
“We envision hosting educational events for our community to help understand the agriculture industry and how important it is,” said Sabrina Stephenson, agriculture teacher and FFA advisor.
She said they will also have educational stations explaining how plants and animals are used in agricultural and non-agricultural ways as well as activities for the younger kids such as pumpkin painting, face painting, and more.
“We are excited to host the community event and look for ways to grow this event every year,” Stephenson said.
