The CCMS track and field team competed in the Bearcat Series at Walton-Verona yesterday, bringing home several top 10 finishes. The results were: Girls 100 Meter Dash - Brittani Alvarez, 19th in 16.84 and Yolanda Nava Sanchez, 28th in 19.54. Boys 100 Meter Dash - Tristan Barkley, 18th at 15.17 and Zander Webb, 27th at 16.67. The Carroll County Conservation District recognized the winners of the 2023 Jim Claypool Art & Essay contest. The winners were honored at a banquet held March 27 at the Camp Kysoc Lodge.
