Thanks to the Council for Better Education for their work in identifying the shortfalls in SEEK (Support Education Excellence in Kentucky) funding across the Commonwealth. This is how Carroll County Schools have been impacted since 2008 and what we need the Kentucky General Assembly to fund over the next two budget cycles. The SEEK funding program is a formula driven allocation of state provided funds to local school districts. The Council for Better Education is a nonprofit corporation founded to ensure full implementation of Kentuckyās constitutional commitment to our students and our common schools.
We encourage everyone in Carroll County to stay informed about school funding shortfalls and the impact it has on our students.
