Happy School Social Worker Week!

The CCHS symphonic band performed in conjunction with the middle school bands last night. All bands will participate in assessments later this month and used this as a practice opportunity. Guest conductors were present to evaluate the musicians. All of this is happening during Music In Our Schools Month! (More photos on the District Facebook page.)

Tomorrow is the final ACT Super Saturday test prep session from 9-11:30 a.m. at CCHS. If interested, contact Mrs. Lewellyn today.

They were recognized in the Education Committee where they heard important legislation related to the current school year's calendar. They toured the Capitol with a guide before ending the day by sitting on the floor of the Senate chambers and being recognized by Senator Williams. One student even got to file an amendment!
